Each microaggression is unpacked through six cards:
Information – Defines the issue with context (and a little humor).
Vision – Reframes the problem.
Values – Highlight leadership principles that shift behavior.
Skill Builder – Offers practical tools for real-world application.
Challenge – Push for deeper awareness and systemic change.
Reflection – Pause, process, and commit to new norms.
Also included in the deck are 5 Yellow Cards for those moments when someone needs to be, well… yellow carded.
