  • We hear you! Us too! Once we receive your order we work extremely hard to get it out to you as soon as possible. Typically, your order is processed and shipped within 2 business days, but it may take 3-4 days to ship, depending on the size of the order.

    Please keep in mind that any orders that come in after hours East Coast Time will be processed on the following day.

  • USPS First Class: 2-5 days
    USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days
    USPS Priority Express: 1-2 days
    Orders qualifying for FREE SHIPPING: 1-5 days

    Please note that shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • You can! But we hope you are able to relax and enjoy yourself. We gotchu! and we know you are going to be putting in the hours transforming the workplace. We will def email you a tracking number so you can keep up to date on the adventure your Yellow Card order is on!

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return most products and get a full product refund. There are no returns on products that have been used or damaged. Products eligible for returns can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return postage cost. Shipping is non-refundable.

    We do not offer exchanges.

    There are no refunds on any sale items or items purchased using a discount code. These are final sales. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.

    We are responsible only for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges for incorrect shipping. If USPS or UPS claims your package was delivered and you didn’t receive it, we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement.
