No is a full sentence. Not every emotional burden is yours to bear. EQ dump and dash runs rampant, especially in workplaces with low EQ leadership. Just because you are good at it, doesn’t mean its yours to carry. Now that we think about it - “NO” is an upgrade from “F&ck No” - so….. win-win….??
